Номер один в моем личном хит-парада – это турецкая кухня. Отлично приготовленные разными способами овощи, вкусное мясо, дивные сладости – что еще нужно для счастья.
Да я могу одними кебабами питаться, благо, что их куча видов (никогда не запомню, какой из них острый – урфа или адана). В турецкой кухне также хорошо то, что ее смело можно употреблять и в раскрученных туристических местах, и на улице, и в каких-то жопах мира, где туристов видят раз в год (по крайней мере, в самой Турции). Видимо, это национальная особенность – трепетно относиться к еде. По моим личным наблюдениям, местные смело едят в том же Стамбуле в совершенно туристических местах, но при этом крайне редко ходят в рестораны с кухнями других народов, любят свое.
Вопреки распространенному заблуждению, у турок есть свое вино, притом неплохое. Я говорю, конечно, не о том, шмурдяке, который разливают из бочек в отелях.
Номер два делят между собой немецкая и чешская кухня по причине своей похожести. Свинячьи ноги, наваристые супы, капуста, картоха, сосиски, колбаса и пиво. Просто, вкусно и жирно, омномном.
Номер три – это мое недавнее открытие, румынская кухня. На протяжении румынской истории через многострадальную страну пробегали натурально толпы, да и разные области ее отходили к разным странам. В итоге в румынской национальной кухне в экстазе слились немецкая, венгерская и турецкая кухни. Нажористые супы (в хлебе тоже!), вкусное мясо, много овощей, прекрасно приготовленных, много специй. Чо там с алгоколем, я пока не распробовала, поездка была с младенцем.
Что хорошо в Киеве, национальные кухни тут представлены очень широко, вообще с едой все прекрасно и разнообразно, хотя вот турецких ресторанов могло бы быть и больше.
