В одно обычное утро посреди Лос-Анжелеса разверзлась дыра, и туда уронилась куча народу, а вместо них вылетели птички уебищного вида. Нет, они не стали никого жрать, просто улетели по своим уебищным делам. Пока близкие плачут и считают, что все упавшие погибли, упавшие очухиваются в родном мире гнусных птичек: инторнета нет, цивилизации нет, есть животные, которым пора бы вымереть, и красивые, но злые пещерные люди в мехах и с укладками. Между тем ученые сверху не телебонькают, а запускают в нору дрон.
Пару человек для приличия убили, но в целом все очень цивильно, можно даже с детьми смотреть. За несколько дней торчания в норе герои не испачкались, не завонялись, и у них не закончился бензин. Персонажи в меру противные, но доктор Мелендес и Торчок, отвечающий за юмор, хорошие. Оборвалось на самом интересном месте, уже продлили на второй сезон.
Ла Брея – район Лос-Анжелеса, где находятся битумные ямы – в них найдено около полумиллиона костей животных, живших 15000-20 000 лет назад.
