Тюленья сказка: фильм Тайна острова Роан-Иниш

На англоязычных киносайтах часто встречаю выражение “hidden gem”, то есть “спрятанное сокровище”, означающее отличный фильм, прошедший незамеченным. “Тайна острова Роан-Иниш” – то самое скрытое сокровище, совершенно восхитительное и ни на что не похожее. Смотреть эту ирландскую сказку смело можно и с детьми (хотя им может быть скучно), но мне, взрослой тетке, понравилось буквально до слез.

Ирландия, тяжелое послевоенное время. Маленькая Фиона, красивая, как ангел, остается без матери. Папаша бухает, но хорошо понимает, что о ребенке заботиться не может. И отправляет ребенка на свежий воздух, к бабушке и дедушке. Те живут в небольшом поселке, где все связано с морем, а главный источник дохода и пропитания – море. На море завязаны и все мифы и легенды.

В этой атмосфере семейных преданий и варится маленькая Фиона. Она узнает о трагедии, которая произошла в семье при переезде с острова Роан-Иниш на материк: маленького Джимми прямо в колыбели смыло за борт. От кузена (которого все считают помешанным) она узнает историю семьи: якобы один из предков Фионы, рыбак, поймал шелки/русалку, похитил ее тюленью кожу, и сумел ее удержать. Правда, она все равно сбежала в море, бросив мужа и детей. С тех пор в семье иногда рождаются дети, похожие на не внешне: темноглазые и темноволосые. Наслушавшись этих историй, девочка грезит наяву и однажды ей кажется, что она видит на скалах прелестного голожопого ребенка с копной черных кудрей.

АААА!!! Мимими, умерла от восторга и умиления! Роскошная современная сказка, полная неторопливых историй, рассказанных вечером, дивных морских пейзажей, прекрасной ирландской музыки и …тюленей! Да, их в фильме в количестве, и она самые настоящие. Девочка, играющая Фиону, – какой-то ангел во плоти, причем сыграла прекрасно.
