Однажды одна Николь Кидман снялась в сериале не в пальто, а в каких-то распашонках, и никто его не посмотрел. А зря! Сериал 9 совсем незнакомых людей/Nine Perfect Strangers по роману Лианы Мориарти получился очень даже ничего, хотя, конечно, не такой крутой, как сериал по ее же роману “Большая маленькая ложь”. Да и тема тут совсем другая.
Тропический курорт за дурные деньги. Хозяйка курорта Маша, маньяцки посверкивая глазиками, принимает новых постояльцев, обещая полное обновление и возрождение. Все постояльцы с какими-то вавками или травмами, даже если не знают об этом, так что массажем и клизмами тут не отделаешься. Но у Маши есть план. И грибы.
Роман мне понравился чуть больше, сериал более серьезен, у него не вышло балансировать на грани драмы и комедии, он больше клонится к драме, но ощущение оставляет не грустное, а как раз наебарот – очень жизнеутверждающее. Сюжет и персонажей немного изменили.
Персонажи, кстати, ярчайшие и актеры тоже. Люк Эванс играет приятно-сисястого журналиста эгегея, Мелисса Маккарти – писательницу в творческом и личном кризисе, Бобби Каннавале – мурло-бывшего спортсмена, Самара Уивинг – лухари-инстаграмщицу (свечи-сумочки-крувасаны-карусельки), Майкл Швовеннон – безутешного отца семейства, ну и собственно Кидман играет всратую Машу, которая в финале оказывается вовсе даже не всратой.
ПейзажИ прекрасны, музыка и вступительные титры хороши, грибы гребут.
