Вот и вышла первая серия долгожданного сериала по Елене Ферранте “Моя гениальная подруга” (My Brilliant Friend). Как человеку, недавно прочитавшему первую книгу, мне было страшно интересно, что же получилось.
Сериал строго следует событиям книги, лишь немного их комкая: милая, старательная овечка Лену явно ищет к кому бы прицепиться, как на буксир. И такая девочка находится: очень умная, хитрая, дерзкая и безбашенная девочка Лила. Создатели сериала явно были от книги под тем же впечатлением, что и я: все серо, уныло, убого, пошарпанно. И даже яркое неапольское солнце не в силах разогнать этот мрак. В первой серии ровно одно яркое пятно: синий бант на шее у мальчика. Вся остальная цветовая гамма намеренно приглушена. Даже стены в школе настолько омерзительного цвета, что наши обычные зеленые выглядят на их фоне бодро и не казенно.
Дети в фильме очень красивые, кроме мерзкого мордатого сынка дона Ахилле. Женщины несчастные, страшные и задроченные (что неудивительно). В основном взрослые выглядят какими-то картонными фигурами на фоне дитячьих страстей. Кроме того момента, когда две тетки осатанело дерутся (в книге это тоже было).
В общем, пока впечатления, как от книги. Актеры все подобраны удачно, кроме мамы Лену, я ее просто другой представила.
