Деймон имеет форму какого-либо животного. У главной героини, девочки Лиры – это горностай. Так вот в аду Пулмана люди разделены со своими деймонами. Они находятся в каком-то гнусном месте и делают ничего. Никаких сковородок нет.
Несмотря на то, что многие воспринимают трилогию “Темные начала” просто как фентези эта вещь намного глубже. На самом деле под личиной необыкновенной истории скрывается крутое антиклерикальное произведение, на которое церковь давно уже дергает глазом. А начинается все так невинно: девочка Лира, сирота, отправляется на север, чтобы спасти своего пропавшего друга. А там такое заверте, что с трудом влезло в три книги. Потерянные родители, таинственные артефакты, границы между мирами, бронированные белые медведи.
В 2007 году по первой книге сняли фильм “Золотой компас”, где все было красиво: Крейг, Николь Кидман, медведи и северное сияние. Фильм в прокате провалился, продолжение снимать не стали.
И вот вторая попытка: на днях в Кардиффе, Уэльс, стартовали съемки сериала “Темные начала” (His Dark Materials) , где главные роли сыграют душка Джеймс МакЭвой, утя Рут Уилсон, убивашка из “Логана” Дафни Кин (Лира) и Кларк Питерс
Я лично уже вся подпрыгиваю. Книги всячески рекомендую.
А вот меня Пулман не зацепил, даже плохо помню сюжет.. больше похоже на детскую книжку.. нет?) У меня осталось такое впечатление)) Может, фильм другой будет?
