Все действительно начинается с серийных убийств: у людей отовсюду начинает идти кровь, и они сразу клеют ласты. Выглядит чудовищно, помочь им не успевают. Молодой полицейский, метящий в детективы, решает, что это его шанс добиться своего. Тем более, у него как раз младенец на подходе. Описание преступника есть, это тетка, которая что-то вколола жертвам. Полицейский уже почти ее поймал, но тут ее задавило поездом. Все вздохнули с облегчением и закрыли дело. Но полицейскому неймется: перед поездом тетка ему кое-что рассказала. И вместо того, чтобы растить себе дочь (в одиночку) он трогается мозгом и становится одержим этим делом. И точно: спустя 9 лет тетка-убивашка тут как тут.
Зачем в кино позвали Майкла Си Холла – непонятно, он даже не главный герой. Концепция кина не новая, такое мы уже тоже сто раз видели. Но каждый раз, когда я такое вижу, вывихиваю мозг. По крайней мере, когда пытаюсь им пользоваться. Финальный твист порадовал. Но и взгрустнулось.
