За Малдера тут профессор астрофизики, а за Скалли небесно прекрасный пилот ВВС. Они расследуют случаи встреч с НЛО в рамках некоего засекреченного проекта. Как водится, профессор вонтс ту билив, а пилот разносит его аргументы. К концу первой серии зритель расслабляется, вспоминает, что проект основан на реальных событиях (действительно был такой проект) и перестает переживать насчет инопланетян. Но не тут-то было: начинает происходить Очень Странная Фигня, недвусмысленно намекающая на то, что Малдер прав.
Атмосфера таинственности чудесно разбавлена эстетикой 50-х: шмотки, машины, музыка. Эйдана Гиллена, конечно, непривычно видеть в роли профессора, но уже через пять минут забываешь про Мизинца.
Пока вышло две серии, очень интересно.
